Chapter 2. Mind your ‘mind’

Hello friends. How are you all? Hope everyone is fine and keeping good health. This crisis situation of pandemic demands vigilance on health and living a disciplined life( with all measures of sanitization) to avoid spread of infection in society. From past few days I realised that mental health is the most ignored aspect in given situation. We need to keep focus on that too.

We are not used to the conditions we are facing currently and we neither know how it is going to impact our lives in future. But the least we can help is to mind our ‘mind’ in this difficult times. We are enveloped by all negativities and uncertainties. It is very obvious to feel lonely, emotionally distanced and depressed! But don’t worry. This too shall pass..

Self help is best help. We need to train our mind to seek optimism in crisis. Our mind is powerhouse that runs on ‘hope’ and ‘will’. We must protect ‘hope’, so that it will show us path out of this dark. We can help ourselves better in this times.

Protect your physical and mental health friends. We know the time is testing us, but we must stand firm like a rock! Keep faith and help others who need our help and mental support . Stay healthy stay happy.
